Max is an undergraduate student coming from Tallahassee, Florida, to join us at Stanford. He is a computational biology major here at Stanford and has been in the Bertozzi Lab since February 2021. Given his goals to make lasting changes in underprivileged communities abroad, he wants to pursue novel research to improve human therapeutics. He is passionate about interdisciplinary research in biology, chemistry, and systems biology, making his interests a strong match for research on the interface of new medicine and diagnostics to improve human health. Outside the lab, Max loves to play/watch soccer, listen to music, and make clothes with his friends.
