Liz Schmidt

Liz is an undergraduate student coming all the way from Corpus Christi Texas to join us at Stanford. She is a materials science and biology student and is co-advised by the Bertozzi and Hong labs. Liz is passionate about interdisciplinary research and her research interests span multiple fields including bioimaging, neuroengineering, synthetic biology, spatial proteomics, and systems biology. Outside of the lab, Liz loves to bake, garden, and read!
