Gabby Tender

Gabby Tender (she/her/hers) is a Chemistry and ChEM-H CBI PhD student originally from Bethesda, MD. She is a Hertz and NSF-GRFP Fellow. She graduated from Caltech with a B.S. in chemistry in 2018, and throughout undergrad worked in the lab of Dennis Dougherty. In the Bertozzi group, she is interested in the targeted degradation of cell surface mucins. Outside of lab, Gabby is the vice president for oSTEM@Stanford, enjoys hiking and climbing, and spends way too much time with her rescue dog, Kennie.
